"Mommy Wheres Daddy?" I just don't understand
why he's never there to hold my hand,
It's always you mommy whos there for me,to wipe away my tears or bandage my knee.
I love you both don't get me wrong but when daddys away it's just too long,
All the other daddys are out playing ball,there to catch them when they fall,My daddys not here he's out on a run,I wish he was here with me having fun!
"He's out making money" so I'm told,when he's able to play then I'll be old!
I love you daddy but hate your job,as I sit here waiting I start to sob,
Mommy saids " Daddy has to work,we have no choice" as I dial his cell phone just to hear his voice, " I love you daddy" as down comes a tear,I just don't understand why you can't be here!!!!!

het this really hit the spot that brings a tear to my eye....it has alot of emotion and i can feel the sincerity in the words......
