Falling Apart
Is my world falling apart
Or am I imagining it?
Are you really there for me
Or is that a lie to tell me?
You say you're always here
Yet I find you elsewhere
You say you aren't a hypocrite
Yet you contradict yourself
Every day that you lie to me
You're in my head constantly
You're always in there
But you aren't here for me
Nonetheless we try to pretend
That we are different
When we are just the same
I want to be someone else
Somewhere else
You want to be one of a kind
And never settle for anything
You want to be everywhere
But you can't handle it
Is it a lie that you are here
Or is that my imagination?
I wish that reality and fantasy
Would separate each other
Once in a while
The seconds keep passing
I keep waiting for you
But I wait in vain again
You aren't here for me
While I've been there for you
Every time when needed
My world is falling apart
You aren't here for me, to see it
You aren't here for me, to stop it

"Never Believe What You Hear, Never Believe What You See, Never Believe Anything To Be Real."
What kind of life is it then if you lose all belief and hope? Very sad write.

Well written. You seem to have lost all faith in man. Give god a try. |
