I want to stroke your cheek
Down corded muscles of your throat
Strong shoulders inviting me
How warm you would be to the touch
Cling to you in dead of night
When sleep has robbed us of our lust
Innocence embraces us
Surrendered to each other
Given all there is and more
Finding passions ember glows
Even when we are far apart
A smile, a word, a gesture
Brings back memories
Sharing more and more
Sympathetic lives we live separately
You are my love, my paramour
