Black fossil
That yet beams softly
Of petrified passion
And vaporized cravings
In shrouded silence
Please, recount once again
Of your glorious triumphs
Choked in the hems of time
Of your grand feats
Covered by the counting seconds
Please, narrate once again
Of a burning love
Quenched in the emptiness that chases all
*It's ashes slips through my fingers into oblivion*
Of a silent joy
Faded in the evening sun
*It's echo does not find my ears*
Black fossil
That rests under glass
In my shrine
Polished till it shines
In all colors of the rainbow

You have done it again another great write. You amaze me once again with your superb knowledge of the English language. I wish my German was half so good. Keep them coming I am a willing reader.

Quite interesting. One correction: I think you mean Its possessive rather than It's the contraction for it is. There is no apostrophe on the possessive its in English. Strange language, I know. I like this very much. The first stanza is my favorite, but the whole this is wonderfully written and full of colorful images.
