The Little Girl

The Little Girl
A little girl lay in bed
Making herself feel numb, she prays to be dead
She feels so dirty, full of shame
She still hurts even though he tells her it’s only a game
She’s scared to go on, scared to live
This sweet pure love she desires no one will give
She closes her eyes in hopes to not feel
The part of her he’s about to steal
She curls up in a ball so warm and tight
To calm and ease her pain all through the night
He takes her wrists and pins her down
Punches her face and rips her gown
Screams at her not to cry
Or else he’d have to make her die
She’s been forced to give him all of her trust
Forced to fall into her sickened lust
He looks for such lust in her saddened eyes
And talks to her about love, his perverted lies
He runs his tongue across her chest
Then again along her breast
Now he moves to touch her below
No where to run, nowhere to go
Wrapped in a realm of excruciating pain
Drowning in the drops of blood red rain
Her eyes water yet a tear will not drop
Too scared to cry she wants to yell stop!
But with his breath so close upon her neck
She can’t move much less object
She was a little girl, no innocence to maintain
She feels so much rage, so much shame
She never knew a man’s hands could hurt so much
An angry blow, a lustful touch
Ignoring all her whimpering cries
He dug more bruises inside her thighs
She feels like everything is all her fault
Even though he, he is the adult
The mistake is his, so why does she have to pay?
With every breath of everyday
She cries many tears of pain, many tears of sorrow
Wishing and hoping for a better tomorrow
Inside, her fragile heart breaks
Physically her tortured body aches
So longs she’s had to live through her fears
So long she’s had to dry her own tears
She tries to scream but no one can hear her cry
Scared and alone she wishes to die
If there was a dream she could make come true
It would be to have life, life brand new
She begs and prays for a day of vengeance to soon come
So he can pay for what he’s done
The horrible pain that makes her groan
The sickened control that makes him moan
For her young body will never be the same
All because of his sickening game

A truly haunting and confronting piece... It is good to stand face to face with reality sometimes...
Hugs and strength to you!

Reading this brought tears to my heart. No one should be subjected to... but no, this world is not as it should be. Well written piece, describing well the pain and anguish that I wish was not there.
Take care
David
