A TOTAL OPEN PURE HEART SPACE
PERMEATES EVERYTHING IN MY WORLD
LIFE IS EASY, SMOOTH AND RELAXED
BECAUSE I AM GROUNDED
WITHIN THE CENTER
OF MY OWN INNER BEING
I AM TOTALLY TRUSTING
I TOTALLY TRUST MYSELF
I TOTALLY TRUST IN THE FLOW OF LIFE
MY MIND IS TOTALLY EMPTY & CLEAR
MY MIND IS TOTALLY FOCUSSED
ON BEING TOTALLY PRESENT
TO THE PRESENT MOMENT
RIGHT HERE AND NOW
MAGIC IS RECIEVING
ONE BREATH AT A TIME
TAKING EACH STEP
ONE MOMENT AT A TIME
THIS IS TRUST
AND BECAUSE I KNOW
I AM A TOTAL CHAMPION
I RECOGNISE EVERYONE ELSE AS BEING
EQUALLY LEGENDARY AS WELL...

I like the poem it is good and conveys a message to those that read it. Just one question why in block capitals. It is harder to read.
