mend my broken heart
cover it in red roses
stop the blue rain
from faliling into my damaged soul
stop the crying
my ears cant take it anymore
stop the pain!
the dakness falls into the sky
my shadow is the only thing left
thats real
the rain falls
blue and clear
stop the yellow petals from covering my heart
from silencing my mind
my hearts sinking into the rain
the rains washing away my sanity
emotions draining
and now the rain sinks into me
controlling me
i can no longer breath

Lexxie, I liked this poem. Very vivid emotions here. I know I haven't commented on any of your poems before, but I thought I'd give you a try. I'll be reading more. *S* Cynthia |

Yes, very beautiful. And sad. May your future be brighter than your past.
Take care.
