Return of the dread

A harrow haunting my soul
Returning demons of old,
Vain attempts to vanquish me
For their true being I have seen
A dark, dank and diabolical place
This is their place of sadistic hate,
Their numbers are varied and wide
In many a dirty hovel do they hide
Their purpose I shall attempt to stop
Because many a head shall I lop,
I only hope that I can stall this carnage
And not leave too long a line of damage
And when the sword is red and evil dead
Can we at last be rid of their dread
