Behind Blue Eyes
You sang to me,
Yet haven�t held me
What is it you see behind blue eyes?
My thoughts come out
With your unruly doubt
Yet you know how I feel
My questions to you can�t be answered
That�s because I made them,
They make you question me about certain things
Behind Blue Eyes
You say the words, �I Love you�
I know the words like I know the back of my hand
But from you I�m confused
Behind Blue Eyes
You say you love me
I question you
You try hard to make me understand
I play stupid yet it�s the truth
You play smart ass like I�m all you ever wanted
But I am?
This is confusing
My head starts to hurt
Why the hell did you choose me?

I push you away
Before you can think of something wise to say
