you write of misty mornings
and so many wondrous things
i do not think you realize
the joy you always bring
to those who follow you along
this journey we call life
your words are soothing as
a songbird's sweet melody
you always bring such pleasure
although you do not write to please
you are as inspiring as the dawn
i hold you in high esteem dear lady fawn
