They tell me you're back
But where did you go?
You disappeared
I didn't even know
It's been six months
Since we've said good-bye
How's life treating you?
I won't even lie
I've felt lonely
And not in my place
I missed your company
And missed your space
So when you were gone
Did you mean anyone new?
Really? I'm happy
Because I did too
Actually I didn't
Because I was waiting on you
You moved on
But I'll stay here
Pretending to be happy
Although you just confirmed my worst fear

Such a sad poem...it's hard when one person moves on and the other doesn't...
