Demons lick their fingers,
As they run them through my hair,
The feeling of dread lingers,
As I drive on with out a care.
And still the snake waits underneath the trees.
Twisting and turning in my view,
Devils tearing at the center of my heart,
Forgetting that it is me they slew,
They torturer me from the start.
And still the snake waits underneath the trees.
I see her in her window,
So young so sweat,
I wonder if she will ever know,
That I will end her hearts beat?
And still the snake waits underneath the trees.
Sudden Death is injected in my veins,
She will not die before me,
I do not make it to the lanes,
All because the snake waits underneath the trees.
