My fingers run along your skin
And gently around your face
Smoothly across your neck and chin
Your skin; as smooth as lace
I hear each and every sound you make
We both can't help but listen
You feel my touch, and gently shake
As I feel your lips which glisten
I rub my nose against your head
And you make the cutest noise
I don't force you to move ahead
I know that it annoys
It feels so right and feels to good
But times, they change too fast
We went just as far as we should
Those times, they were a blast
I love you then and I love you now
But through time, in different ways
But still forever, I will vow
To be a friend in every day
