So when does it stop
In my heart

This endlessness
consuming gift

Hollows me out
empty inside

Makes me forget
what normal used to mean

But would I give it all up
if I could

This whole new world to explore
Countless territories boundless shores

That is until I reach
the unreachable door

Out of my grasp
Out of my reach

Yet in my hands it sits
Smiling back at me
