My heart hurts because I feel hope slipping away from me. I hope that the world is a better place then everyone lets on about. I hope we can be together some day when everyone says we cant. My heart hurts because some where deep in side I have lost all hope.

Great poem! A bit hard to read since its in paragraph form, but good nonetheless, remember to comment on other peoples pomes for you to get more peoples comments.
