It's Love's Fault

Oh yes love did it!
This emotion made things move,
in slow motion for me.
I neer' had the notion that it
would control me.
It would enfold these strange, pleasant
feelings within my heart and
within my soul.
It has taken a toll on me!
For with love, pain and sorrow
come attached along with the pleansantries.
Can't have love without complications!
They cause infestations of mixed feelings,
within the human soul.
I have to accept love.
Enslaved is what I am!
Woe is me!

But yet, I desire love's state.
