Just For My Guy

Just For My Guy
I curled my hair, so I'd look good
because this magazine said I should.
Then I got out my jar of wrinkle cream
so all these grooves wouldn't be seen.
Tucked in my stomach, cut down on my meals,
put these old legs in sexy high heels.
Wore my dress just a little to tight,
thinking he'd stay home with me tonight.
But he went out, I thought to work,
turned out I thought, he wanted some fun, the jerk!
Never dreamed he'd come home with a movie to see,
by that time, I had returned to the same old me.
He just smiled and said, "Hon, come sit down,
don't even bother putting on that old flannel night gown."
Just goes to show, don't believe all you read,
stay as you are, that's all he needs.

I think honestly most men are more comfortable with ladies/women that are comfortable with themselves. This is too funny, June. lol

Cute I liked this, and it is also true. Just as you are is best.
