I will behold him

Contributed by Archie on Sunday, 9th May 2004 @ 06:47:41 PM in AEST
Topic: SongLyrics

If I rise up in the morning
and begin it with a prayer.
If I concentrate on Jesus.
If I don't lose sight of him.
If I'm humble and I'm gentle.
If I obey his commands
then I know that I shall see him,
and I shall see him as he is

With every beat of my heart
I shall see him
With every beat of my soul
I'll never ever be denied.
I will behold him -Yes I will
I will behold him -Yes I will

If I share my faith each day
If I seek to save the lost
If I persevere through trials
to show men Jesus' heart
If I'm open with my brothers
then I shall never be alone
and I know that I shall see him
and I shall see him as my Lord.

With every beat of my heart.
I shall see him
With every beat of my soul
I'll never ever be denied
I will behold him -Yes I will
I will behold him -Yes I will

your poem goes to show your total devotion to the Lord. The Lord and his angels smile down on you for this. It is really great to see a believer in Christ willing to be so open about thier passion for him.
