as these tears fall from my eyes as the knife cuts through my skin.......going back and forth and my tears fall down my face as i gasp and freeze to watch the tears mix with the blood i feel the burn incressing and moving down my arm into my hand and down my fingers and onto the floor as i close my eyes and choke back my tears and drop the knife from my hand and see the blood and watch each drop of it splat agenst the floor and as i bite my lip and stand up to feel the weakness i fall back and watch myself die

Wow that's really powerful, and i think the fact that its not in stanzas or anything really gives the reader the sense that this is happening so fast that theres nothing you can do. Anyway, thats just my perspective, very nice.
