Mind, Heart, Matter…
That’s how it came about,
Those words from my heart
That you could’ve done without.
I didn’t think it through.
I guess I just assumed.
Oh, foolish me!
Why didn’t I see?
You don’t feel like I do.
Mind, Heart, Matter…
Thought it, felt it, said it.
I wish I could take it back,
Rewind, Pause, and Edit.
You didn’t mean to hurt me,
By saying you’d just use me,
No good in Love,
You gave it up,
And made a complete fool of me.
You turned into an *****,
Within just a minute.
Said you’d only demand that
Your bed would have me in it.
You didn’t think it through,
I guess you just assumed,
I’d understand,
That as a man,
Sex is all you do.
It went from your mind to matter,
Your heart was not involved.
I’m sorry I assumed,
You had feelings at all…
I guess you didn’t care,
About the things I shared.
You shot me down,
You made me frown,
But you seemed unaware.
It took so much courage,
To get my feelings across,
But you were inconsiderate,
And now it is your loss.
I am so disgusted,
You, I had trusted,
With my soul,
Now you’ll never know,
What could’ve been with us, then.
Mind, Heart, Matter…
I’m so damn ashamed.
Things will now be awkward,
It’ll never be the same…

Hi there
My heart goes out to you. Yes sometimes in life we do get hurt, by no means do I suggest we just accept it but rather learn from it. Be strong and be blessed. Hats of to Aspen for puting his hand up in public I pray you both find peace
