It’s here today
I cannot win
I want to leave
Go far away
So sick of the yelling!
So sick of my “mistakes�
I cannot compare
To your sweet perfect self
I am not you
I cannot be
You listened
You obeyed
I somewhat listen
Yet I cannot fully obey
I am myself
I am not like you
I don’t want to be
I fall and fall
You stand and stand
You compare and compare
Wanting me to be like you
Obeying…
Listening…
Mistakes undamaging…

Nobody's perfect if a person were forcing me to be like them I would be angry too
