Yesterday had

Waiting in the mists for the lover yesterday had,
she hides her painful tears
from all those around holding her down.
Silent moons clear the clouds,
as she hopes for the lover
only her heart remembers.
Broken down to the ground by her gods,
she turned to the hate love creates,
trying to find the hand
to bring her back to what yesterday had.
Lonely memories ripple like water neth her foot,
spreading over time and space
finding the edge of eternal bliss.
She walks through the mists waiting forever
trying to find him,
in the smiles yesterday had.
