We All Cry for Love

Contributed by forgottensorrow on Friday, 7th May 2004 @ 08:45:47 PM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

Tears
Little drops of water
That come out of eyes
Leaving little streams
when someone cries
Some cry for joy
From getting a brand new toy
like when you were young
when life had barely begun
Some cry because of sadness
where their life is just a big fat mess
Some cry from tripping and falling
down too hard
But we all cry from love
different situations
in every single nation
everybody cries about love
some point in their life
whether they feel it, lost it, can’t grasp it, or can’t see it
we all cry for love
it’s love that brings us together
it’s love that splits us apart
whether we like it or not
we all cry now and then
even those strong men
they have feelings too
I’m just giving you this clue
So you can find love that’s true

How true it is.. "It's love that brings us together. It's love that splits us apart." I esp. enjoyed that part. =] -props-

Beautiful write!

It is for those who hold their tears on the inside that I worry about, for they will drown their heart in their own tears.
