I sit alone
The cold wind blowing
And biting
Like a demon.
The moon calls to me.
Its eerie glow
Illuminates the depths of my heart
The places the sun cannot reach.
Faraway songs
Drift to my ears
I want to join them.
There, in the stars
I could be at peace.
