I’m not ashamed,
To raise my voice and proclaim,
That Jesus is my Lord,
And I glorify His name.
I’m not ashamed,
To stand up for what is right,
No matter what others think,
On God’s side, I choose to fight.
I’m not ashamed,
To walk a different path,
Harder though, it may be,
It’s the one that’s going to last.
I’m not ashamed,
For it’s a vision that I see,
To spend eternity in Heaven,
And with Jesus, I’ll always be.

I think that you did a very good job portraying what you intended. I know it's the christian way to proclaim your beliefs as the truth.
It just seemed slightly harsh to me as a reader.
Overall I enjoyed the write. Nice job. |
