Hey Mr Talented
Can you sign my song?
Can you read my words?
You were gifted with a voice and you use it
But do you have a mind?
Can you spell your own name?
Do you think your own thoughts?
Or do you need help with that, too?
You're a hidden fake,
amongst the rest of us in the real world
You are what the industry has made you,
and nothing more
You've become an idol by using other people's ideas
and putting them into songs
How does this work?
You're not creative
You're just gifted with a voice
I wrote a song last night
Can you sing it?
You'll be a star, then.
