My heart becomes stone when you turn away.
My soul becomes frozen when you look at her.
There is nothing left of me that you can destroy.
I'm already dead within a cold grave.
A mask of crimson lust streams down my face.
Our past points us both to the wrong fate.
You cannot see clearly within her embrace.
I can't sense my blood as it pours out of my eyes.
You could not hear me when I said goodbye.
I gave you my life and you passed it by.
You left me within a memory to die.
Two seperate lives, a destiny torn,
What happens to a memory forlorn?
Does it flee like a hope in distress?
Does it endure like a snow-laden evergreen tree?
I can still speak, yet you cannot hear me.
I can still touch, yet you cannot feel me.
You hold out your hand, of which I can't take.
You cannot save me, it is too late.
