I’d rather be brought down,
In a hail of gunfire
One that consisted of square bullets
Than your tattered words
Vocabulary that reminds me
Of a 2nd grader
You make me laugh so hard
I cry and it really does hurt
But I never show it
And it keeps me awake at night
My hate for you houses this insomnia
Some nights are spent in the backyard
Analyzing the trees and their branches
To see if they’ll hold my weight…

R.I.P.
