I always hide
Behind my fear
The fear that made me
The thing i hate
Now i lay
being dragged down
Down into the hole
Down into my despair
I hold on to what i had
Hoping fr release
But then i realize
I must let go
So down i go to face my fear
I will take back control
But my fear, it turns
It hides
It fears me
And i realize...
My fear is me

That is a difficult thing for humans to do. But well worth the effort. At some point we all have to face fears. I say Bravo to you for doing just that.
