When company calls, it just always seems
The wife will be cooking, a big pot of beans
Of all things to make, at a big family bash
She had to make something, that gives me bad gas
Those beans were so good, I had two bowls
Now I wished I didn't, wear boxers with holes
After dinner was over, we sat with in-laws and aunts
And then it hit me, oh no it just can't
With my belly grumbling, I went for the door
But I stopped in my tracks, as it grumbled some more
When I squeezed off, I knew I was in trouble
Because all you heard, was a wet one that bubbled
As I was chewed out, by my wife and her mother
I just closed my eyes, and eased out another
When I opened my eyes, there was no in-laws and aunts
Just my wife with a skillet, screaming go change your pants

Oh Bob I loved your hilarious poem.
Not many people can write funny farting ones. Its a very delicate subject as you know!
But whenever I get company, must be the nerves for sure......I always have to fart and of course everyone hears!
But you know the old saying: Tis better to fart and bear the shame, than not to fart and bare the pain!
