complex parallel lost within emense pain and sorrow
how can anything be the same if i am no longer with you
not trying to make you cry, nor to beg or borrow
yet i cant help to feel anything but hate and lose
you threw our love away, but you still want me around
losing myself in circles of remorse and regret abound
everything you say contradicts itself, was all of this lies
still i cant help noticing the pain thats in your eyes
stare at myself in the mirror, i see that same glimmer of loss
i lay in bed and feel my soul sinking into hell
i opened myself up, i wouldnt have if i knew the cost
emotional death is eminent, only angels can tell

somehow methinks that even angels are in the dark on this one... creative thoughts poured out in remorse, great writing! ;0)
