Old ladies whisper
On the main intersection
Of this restless neighborhood
They all talk about her and her scandals
They see she wishes to unite
Allt he men in this township
With a common trait--
A broken heart caused by her lack of commitment
She found herself in our house
My father not just another victim
But the first of many
She worked her way in
And destroyed my foundation
As rain continued to fall
Ah, the love of a mother

This is interesting and relateable only from a certain point of view; "People love to talk and usually have not much good to say" That is not always true but it is in certain situations for me. |
