Mums and Dads;
Are you good ones or bad ones?
Are your kids happy or sad ones?
Do you leave them no choice but to find someone to follow?
Isn’t your job description to be a role model?
Don’t play him or her down because you claim they’re a handful,
Ignorance isn’t bliss, try to set an example!
So don’t push your minors,
With your in-home violence,
Defiance, drugged drink drive mindless,
Your one child in a six car pile up,
Running blood red primer,
This outcome is far from finest.
Should’ve given some more of your “precious” time,
Should’ve looked out, you’d of seen the signs,
Of rebellion, bad parents? I’m telling you,
A family of 3, now a family of 2.
Oh, now it comes around and you’re inconsolable,
Your life off it’s axis and uncontrollable,
One lesson and a light above you head just clicked,
It sinks in; your kid won’t be around this Christmas.
Get it? The world’s not all about you now is it?
Take a second to listen, and take the time to give a *****.

much as i love the theme of the message here, it's a bit hard to really say something truthfully from your viewpoint until you become a parent yourself. alas i am far from it, so i can shuttup now. good insightful write here man. kudos! ;0)
