The first time when you stepped into my life,
I wanted you,
Everything that was wrong, Seemed to go right,
I needed you,
When I cried, you were there right at my side.
I loved you,
When you said: “Everything will be fine�
The first time you talked to me,
I wanted you,
You gave me a special kind of company,
I needed you,
We seemed to just fall right into place,
I loved you,
When I saw your smiling face.
The first time you gave me a Flower,
I wanted you,
Inside, I felt this special kind of power,
I needed you,
Even if it was just a single one,
I loved you,
My smile shined like the rising Sun.
The first time you asked me to dance,
I wanted you,
Looking into your eyes, I fell into a trance,
I needed you,
I want to gaze into your handsome eyes,
I loved you,
Gaze into them, until the day I die.
The first time you asked me out,
I wanted you,
My heart started to scream and shout,
I needed you,
I was so full of joy
I loved you,
Could you be that very special boy
The first time you held me in your arms,
I wanted you,
I felt safe from any kind of harm,
I needed you,
Feeling a feeling so good to be real,
I loved you,
My feelings I couldn’t conceal.
The first you kissed me,
I wanted you,
Time seemed to stand still,
I needed you,
To stay like this forever,
I loved you,
Just you and me: together.
At first…
I wanted you,
And that was nothing new
At first…
I needed you,
I always will and true,
At first …
I loved you,
And I still do.
