:oS Defiance So:

Contributed by Cynthia on Monday, 3rd May 2004 @ 11:17:50 AM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

I am your mother,
you are supposed to
listen to what I say.

You are at the stage
the defiance rules
your body,
your heart
and your mind.

I can tell you don't care
about what I have to say,
that hurts me deeply.

I gave birth to you,
you are my first born,
what am I supposed to do?

I can't understand.....
why do you treat me like this?

I love you
with my heart and soul,
I do everything for you.

Why can't you treat me
like the mother that loves you.....
instead of a piece of dirt
you think you can walk all over?

Wow My Niece Is The Same Way But She Is Fourteen And Walks All Over Her Mom !!!!!
It's Like I Tell Mandy { My Niece } She Will Regret Every Word Or Every Bad Thing She Has Done To Her Mom When She Grows Up And Has Kids Of Her Own And They Treat Her The Same Way !!!!!!! This Is Sad :-( But You Hang Tough Sis !!!!!!!! Things Can Only Get Better Not Worse...Hope She Realizes Just What You Have Done For Her And Starts Treating You Better .......Hope I Didn't Say The Wrong Thing Here But It Just Breaks My Heart To See A Child Behave Like This after All The Parents Have Done For Them In There Life.......
