the morbid mistress

Contributed by AmaNdAsHepArD on Monday, 3rd May 2004 @ 09:36:33 AM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

the morbid mistress walks on by
the morbid mistress is in desquise
the morbid mistress will tell you no lies
but who is this morbid mistress
for she has no face nor a body to match
no reflection to see
no one to love
just the name that the people call her
the morbid mistress
will kill you all
the morbid mistress is wearing her cape
the morbid mistress will lick your tears away
for what people dont realize is the morbid mistress is in desquise for she is more beautiful then a bluming rose in spring
and is just as sweet at the rippest fruit
so dont be afraid of the morbid mistress for she will do no harm
but if you look upon her beauty
she will kill you with her sword
so dont look into her eyes for she will kill you one last time
so keep your eyes pealed for the morbid mistress will strike again

Yeah, adolescence sucks. It helps to vent, but hey don't worry. Your head isn't as ******-up as you think it is. It was a poem worht reading.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
