no longer safe from the rain

Contributed by lexxie on Sunday, 2nd May 2004 @ 09:46:13 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

this cant be the end
the end of our love
the end of what we had
how can this be
with tears streaming down my face
and the feeling i use to get
is now just so empty
this cant be the end
the end of the power
the end of your love
my hands are now sour
from going over my scared arms
look what you've done
not only on the outside
but i dont dare to show you the inside
for if i do i will die
for all i have are the scares left behind
from you love
thats no longer
and its all down down hill from here
and i dont want to know
for i will explode
with the love i have no more
it has all turn to hate and pain
and now all this
i am no longer
safe from the rain

Better days will come. The clouds will flee, the breeze will take them all away, and the sun will shine down on you once again.
Take care.
