a gentle smile is all she need display
to get the puppies moving
a tender pat or this or that
their playfulness she is approving
to see the smiles on their faces
their tiny tails a whirl
makes her laughter fill the room
and brings joy to their small worlds

Well, my dear, hope you don't mind but I am printing this out to put in my Grandson's childrens poetry folder for bedtime reads. This is precious. He, like Grandy, loves doggies and puppies and this will give us a new topic to discuss before bed. I have a new little grandson on the way so it will have a long history. Thank you so very much. You will be among many excellent authors.
