On the couch,
Alone together,
This way forever,
I rest my head apon your chest,
Tired and weary,
I can feel your breathing,
Slowly sinking into you,
Holding me to you,
Your heart comeing in slow beats,
Your the only love I've ever known,
I hope it'll always stay this way,
You feel me as I sigh,
Feel your chest rise and fall,
I slowly drift away into sleep,
How long we stay this way is unknown,
I just never wished that it had to end,
I wake to hear oyu startled,
My heart raming aginst my ribs,
Someone has found us,
Not the best person to,
I hear them laughing,
"I knew it all along"
They speak,
You pull me closer,
Heartbeat rapid and scared,
I cry my silent tears,
You slowly rise,
Kiss me softly and tell me to run,
I try but I cant,
I wont leave you here,
Never let you get harmed,
I cant bring myself to go,
As they step into the light,
Hideous face set aglow with hapiness,
"Time to end this romantic love scene"
He pulls out a knife,
Starting towards me,
You rush infront to defend,
To save my life,
My heart is in my throat,
"Leave us alone"
I manage to say,
"Why should I go leaving you together"
His deathly grin,
"Why should I let him have you when I cant"
"What are you taling about?"
I shout at his face,
"I love you"
It struck me hard,
As I go ridgid He steps forward,
My love attacks him in a struggle,
I scream and cry,
What will happen,
Would they fight to the death,
They roll on the floor,
My love winning the battle by far,
Knife lies on the ground forgotten,
"END THIS MADNESS"
They stop and stare,
My heart stops,
"Why are you fighting"
Two men fight for my love,
"I only love one of you"
I call forth my true,
The other breaks down,
Forgotten and alone,
We leave him there,
I hug you and cry,
You pull me close,
I can hear your heartbeat,
You let me cry all my tears,
Feel my breathing slow,
Recovering from the dream,
That innocent nightmare,
Awake from my sleep,
On the couch,
Alone together,
This way forever.
