you say im worthwhile
that im not a loss
i dont believe you
you're not my boss
you cant control me
you're not my mom
you cant tell me
what i am or where im from
i live my life
the way i feel
i dont tend to please
or run in the same wheel
cuz that what y'all do
you run with the rest
i do what i want
i do what i feel is best
so dont try and tell me
whats right or wrong
dont tell my how you feel
or how i dont belong
im tired of hearing
how crazy i am
how bad i could be
how sad i am
i dont care how your doing
or how your dog threw up
i dont care how boring your mom is
or how you just ran over a pup
i have enough to worry about
just being me
i dont need your life story
just let me be
