oh give me a rhyme
and i'll give you my reason
oh fall use to be my favorite season
catching moonbeams from afar
tangled up in spiderwebs
seeking answers if i dare
i chose not to care
(i don't want to care)
this journey seems to go ever on
and now my home is so far away
how i always want you to say
enter persuasion:
loving promises spoken in hushed tones
and the dark knight's velvet lips traces fiery patterns upon my moonlit hips
loving promises soon to be broken
so slowly so softly Neptune dreams wrap me up in gossamer illusions
my sorrow somehow deepens
autumn whispers linger in the wind
your voice i will always follow
again only silence begins
catching moonbeams from afar
tangled up in spiderwebs
seeking answers if i dare
i chose not to care
(i don't want to care)
oh give me a rhyme
and i'll give you my reason
oh fall use to be my favorite season.
