Maybe it’s time for something better,
Maybe I deserve a little more
He is so genuine and sweet,
Maybe he’s what I’ve been waiting for.
I want to hold me so badly
Just to know he’s there and real.
I want to hold his hand and kiss him
Just to see how his hands feel.
I’m scared to tell him though
Because I don’t know what he’ll say.
But I really like him so much
And it grows day by day
I love his hair, so thick and long
And his freckles, and his smile
I feel so strange around him
But his glow makes it worthwhile
Do I say too much?
Should I tell him more?
Does he like me too?
Why am I so torn?
Maybe he can heal my wounds
That have bled for much too long
And his love cannot come too soon
For he will never do me wrong.

The only way he could do you wrong is by not loving such a sweet person as you ! You should take the chance,you never know,but I know,it's easier said than done.Just remember that if anything ever happens that you didn't expect or want,you have all the beauty inside and out to attract a beautiful soul(and person!):o)Good luck and great poem!
