If only I could understand
What it is you do to me
If only I could comprehend
All you believe me to be
I can see my reflection in your eyes
And what I see in never real
Tell me what you're looking at
Tell me what to feel
Is what you're doing only games?
Behind it is there truth?
Are you feelining the same as I?
Do I do anything for you?
I can't resist the urge to be near you
With every touch I lose my breath
In every beat that my heart skips
You bring me closer to my death
I never wanted this to happen
I wasn't looking for love
But all it takes is a few minutes with you
And soon friendship isn't enough
It hurts too much to fight you
I doubt I could turn you away
But if I admit how much I want you
There's a chance you might not stay
In the beginning it wasn't like this
For you, things haven't yet changed
So it's unlikely you'll ever want me back
And I can see where it might be strange
But do I have to keep pretending?
Denying what's too true still?
I'm I wasting my time loving you
Because I know you never will
