A Pirate's Tale

Topic: fantasy

____________________

Seduction skimmed its fingers down my spine
Rough bearded pirate, knows the power of his charm
Recalling conversations leading up to this
He would never do me harm
His invitation came as no surprise
We’d make a run for it, against the midnight sky
With sails snapping wildly in the wind we fly
The moon a milky beacon on the sea
Nothing can catch us, no one knows we’re here
Invisible, invincible we sail into the night
Understanding what draws us near
Excitement fills us up like wine, going to our heads
Fog blankets us in secrecy, eases all our fears
A kiss, a taste of heavenly bliss, we linger until dawn
A pirate has no heart they say, but what they say is wrong

Many a maiden have skipped town to follow in the footsteps of pirates,, those dashing debonair lads. ha ha ha ha a nice write herein my friend... the tales of a maiden's heart won by the pirate's hand.

If only I who am descended partly from a warrior who was a pirate for awhiles in his younger times could wield such a conquering aura..ha ha ha ha how many maidens would write such as this to my mantra...ha ha ha lol again a good write herein..I enjoyed it... a dream within a dream my friend for I truly do not have a heart.
