Blood running down my wrist
As I slash across my arm
I cannot seem to clench my fist
To the tendons, I've done harm
I watch it drip, from my finger tips
Crimson on my sheet
I think about your tender lips
As death, I prepare to meet
Your eyes, yes I see them shine
Glowing, radiating, love
And know, you will always be mine
When we meet, in heaven, above

Oh wow. I know exactly how you feel. And someday I'm sure you will be together. But hang in there--life is what you make it and it can be beautiful if you let it.
Great write!
