Down,
In the depths of my mind, is a soul trying to escape.
All my darkest secrets, all locked up, are trying to get out.
My nightmares form reality as a life is slowly transformed.
My own.
The paintings come to life in front of my eyes,
I can hear the silence all around me.
The darkness closes in on me and
I am left alone.
For nothing is more
beautiful or terrifying,
than the depths of one's own
mind.
