It’s dark in here
Please, I’ve lingered much too long
I know you can stop this torment
You knew it was me all along
Yet you refuse to look deeper
Afraid to remember

All I receive is hurtful eyes

Those of peace and free of lies
The broken shards come together
Though a piece is missing
