Why are we living in a world of pain?
Why do we hold back? Why do we refrain?
Im watching from my eyes,
As the people pass by...
Why are you sad?
Why are you mad?
The pain inside,
Its too much to hide.
I have to be free, I have to run,
To get away from the bad things thatve been done.
You people passing by,
Why do you turn away as I cry?

After reading your poem I must tell you that it was most impressive for a first poem. My first poem was pitiful. LOL.....
