Confusion

Contributed by WiltingRose24 on Tuesday, 1st October 2002 @ 08:00:00 AM in AEST
Topic: Grief

My head is spinning
The world has gone wrong
How do I tell you,
I want you gone?
I feel so confused
about the both of you
I love you both
at least i think it's true.
Please don't shun me
or turn me away
Cause I'm trying to think this out
Day after day
I feel so lost
God, help me please.
If I don't make a choice
My heart will not be at ease.
My heart must make a choice
But i don't know how?
Someone help me please
I must choose now.

Your heart already knows the answer, it's already made it's choice. It's your head that's causing the problems. I get the feeling that you're letting fear be a large factor in your decision. Stop thinking with your head and start thinking with your heart, the heart is never afraid. Do this and you'll have your answer in no time. But choosing not to decide is still a choice. Good luck to you.

P.S. - Great write! I have a poem titled, "Wilting Rose Clouded Sun" where I am the wilting rose. I'm in a similar situation as you are, but I'm on the other end of it.

Okay... this is the third and final time I will comment on this poem :) The title of my poem is "Withering Rose Clouded Sun" not wilting rose. Silly me.
