It is Here

Contributed by devil_child on Sunday, 25th April 2004 @ 04:14:55 PM in AEST
Topic: mystical

Ice as cold as winter
Wind as strong as steel
Ground as tough as the soul
Heart as pure as the inoccent

It is here you will find adventure
It is here you will find yourself

Days as dark as shadows
Love as close as your fears
Family as far away as your kindness
Inspiration as near as your forgivness

It is here you will find adventure
It is here you will find yourslef

Come into this place, it is here I will mold you
And you will find what you so deeply desire

You will conquor the land of your enimies
You will sour on the wings of your intelligence

Oh I really liked this one. You had a couple of spelling errors but not enough to take away from the unique quality of this poem.

I've been there and you don't want to go there with me...it's not something that is open to the public. Excellent ,thought provoking.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
